Surly Dave: Grumpy 41-year-old journalist with a cycling problem. I've been riding seriously since I was about 12: road racing, track, mountain bikes, you name it. Everything except recumbents. I seem to have accumulated about six or seven bikes. Still, if it's got pedals, it's probably going to be fun.
